Again had fried up cauliflower – ground beef casserole with some cucumbers, tomatoes, cabbage and jasmine green tea with some mint in it.
Cup of black tea.
Mashed potatoes with herbs, purple cabbage with sausage, cucumbers and milk.

Fried up cauliflower – ground beef casserole, from day before, with tomatoes and cucumbers.
Had some coffee after breakfast.
Black currant vanilla green tea from Lipton.
Masala chai tea.
It was good but next time would use a little less cardamom.
Fried rice.
