Some apple cake, clementines and coffee.
Some sort of tacos or so. Beans, rice, fresh onions, some sausage and cheese.
Had another one of those tacos and I made some rosky cookies.

I wanted something salty so ended up having some crackers and hazelnuts.
Delicious apple pie/cake. Found the recipe from here. I did use coconut oil and coconut milk and the some rhubarb as well.

That yogurt is really good one and even it was blueberry one it wasn’t so sweet at all and the texture reminded me kohupiimakereem, something you can find in Estonia.
Tea and apple cake.
Cookies and tea, some strange meat bar as well, it’s really turkey meat with some seasonings so strange.
We went to meet up with a old family friend in Brooklyn Heights Pizzeria and I ordered snakebite there.
Fries and chicken avocado salad wrap.
And then back home had a cup of tea.

Apple cake and tea.
Popcorn, cookies, chocolate coconut candy and tea. Ended up with big bowl of popcorn since I grabbed from the bowl without washing my hands since I was feeling sick and had been few days, then I had to eat all the bowl and make new ones for my husband. I just wanted a hand full and ended up having big bowl.
Potato chips.
Tea.
Chili and cornbread.

We made some stew and covered it with big biscuit.
It was really good stuff. We did bake the biscuit half way in the oven before adding to the stew since we where afraid it would not cook nicely on the stew.
Had some of that stew with sourdough bread.

Made apple cheese cake. Wanted to make something what I have made back in Estonia it’s like kohupiim and apples with yeast dough. Since there is no kohupiim here I thought using ricotta will work, but it seems it didn’t turn out so nice at all and nothing like I was hoping for.
Square Mile hopped apple cider.
Rice chicken casserole.
The cake wasn’t really what I hoped for but still was something different. Have to make something like that again one of the days and make a little different filling.
