Tea and rice with fruit. No idea but I love the leftover rice frayed nice and brown with butter.
Nachos that is something what you can’t just do wrong. The tortilla chips, cheese and beans just go together so well.
So ended up like 4 of those drinks since could not find a single at store and I wanted to try it. Still not really enjoying them since maybe slightly too sweet could be more tart then sweet.
Coconut.
Yogurt and coffee.
I helped mother in law make her mothers Easter bread. It turned out amazing and 2nd loaf was with few rum soaked raisins in it.
So Easter feast. All sort of stuff and a little too much of stuff. Had family over for the dinner.
Easter bread with butter, hmm.. I should have used not salted butter on it just didn’t like the butter so much.
Then there was few desserts. So mother in law made some strawberry cake. I didn’t have any of the desserts that day since I was full already.
Then someone got this thing. Fruit tart I think it might be called.
Then there was home made cobbler.
Soft pretzels what we shaped and baked, cup of coffee. Not too bad way to start a birthday day at all.
I have a plan to make myself a big apple pie. So 1st step done. But ya since the events of the day I could not finish making it that day.
Simple sandwich with stuff.
Since boys went out to Daddy party for my sister in law husband since they will be parents soon. Me and mother in law went out to have some good time as well so we ended up eating in Serranos and the salsa this place has is no joke at all.
Something, I can’t remember what it was but it had beans and pulled pork on it and it was good.
I had fish tacos and hmm.. I should remember not to get the white fish stuff since it sort of tastes like dirt. But still it was good stuff and different. Rice they had was hot as well and yes I left the pepper alone that would have been a little too much heat.
And in the end of the day we ended up going to play some BINO. It was quite confusing at 1st to play it since they have so many different games and we had no idea what one or other game was all about. So took some time to get use to it. But I did have fun and didn’t just play BINGO for myself but had someone in my mind as well as I was doing it.
Some apple cake, clementines and coffee.
Some sort of tacos or so. Beans, rice, fresh onions, some sausage and cheese.
Had another one of those tacos and I made some rosky cookies.
A lot of sandwiches and little coffee.
Tomato yogurt what was excellent and plums.
Ended up having a lot of food. Was planing to have just the vegetables-rice-chicken but ended up getting some beans with tortillas as well.
For some reason I did stay up long night before and then slept long next day. Some grilled chicken, potato salad, beans and coffee.
Chocolate and some sort of cookie.
Coconut.

Tamales fried in butter and still Taco Lady tamales aren’t so good.
Chocolate covered buffed grains. I used rice, millet and kamut.
Crackers and melons. That little yellow one was good.
Fish. Wasn’t too fond of it how it turned out.

Iced drink from Taco Lady as well.
Some sorrel, smashed up tomatoes and plums.
Interesting apple.
All sort of stuff.
Angry Orchard summer honey cider.
Tamales with chips, queso and beans.
Sandwich.
Tea.
Home made tacos this time just some simple rice and chicken ones.
Siggi’s pumpkin yogurt.
Kombucha and some cookies.
Beans and chicken tacos. Cookies and macaroon.
Pork tamales and tacos, I just had one taco what had just cheese, eggs and beans.
Liverwurst on bread.
Seems we did some more grilling this Friday at work. Just some meat (sausage, chicken, beef) in soft tortillas. I had some of the Gold Top cider but I did share with others since there where some who did say that they have never had hard apple cider and they though it was all some sweet stuff.
To be honest the meat was good.
And then there was some cake as well. It was way too big one for so few people.
Apple ale.
Traveler grapefruit ale, it really tasted like grapefruit.
