Apple slices and tea.

Tea and sandwiches.

Woodchuck hard cider cellar series, mint cider.

Green beans.

Coffee and cold pasta with creamy sauce. I didn’t feel like heating it up so I ate it cold.

Leftover rice from yesterday, it was still warm in the rice cooker.

Few more onions from our garden.

Taco meat is the style what mother in law makes. We just love to make meat with seasonings rather then adding tomato sauce and other stuff to it, and sadly enough she adds some brown sugar and it has been a little sweet last times she has made it.

Woodchuck mint hard cider. So interesting cider it has little mint hint in the end. Excellent cider for sure would love to get others cellar series form Woodchuck.

Fried potatoes and egg with rye sandwich.

Coffee.

Kombucha.

Woodchuck cellar series mint (really nice cider has a mild mint taste in the end, I like it and would get it again) and tostadas.

Had 3rd tostada as well.

Cream corn and some of that old tamale pie filling, tea.

Seems one of my ray breads came out quite nicely this time that I didn’t have to fry it or so.

So we had another go with that tamale pie. And this time it didn’t burn since we all where keeping eye on the oven. Oven did turn off few times but got turned on quickly.

Tamale pie and it was good. But to be honest I think I liked the one what had just polenta crust a little better. But about the oven so it liked to stay on for long time or then liked to turn off and not heat at all. So what ever the oven was on mood to do.

Then I found interesting cider from Woodchuck, smoked apple. It was nice cider but in the same time I was waiting a little bit more smokiness like one of the Germany beers have. Seems Woodchuck has quite few out in the new line of Cellar series.
